Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website or using services provided by BitSpace Pte. Ltd. (UEN: [TBD]), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you accept on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

2. Description of services

BitSpace provides: (a) OCI-based cloud, compute and storage infrastructure; (b) OPC OS, a one-person-company operating system (SaaS + FTaaS). Specific features, quotas and availability are as described in the plan at the time of order.

3. Accounts & responsibilities

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current;
• You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for all activity under your account;
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions & billing

• Plans (Starter / Pro / Scale / Enterprise) are billed monthly, plus metered FTaaS fine-tuning and GPU compute;
• Unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by law, fees paid are generally non-refundable;
• We may adjust prices on notice; changes do not affect the current paid period.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the services for unlawful purposes, to infringe others' rights, to distribute malicious code, to circumvent security, or to harm the platform or other users. We may suspend or terminate accounts in breach.

6. Intellectual property

BitSpace and its licensors retain all IP in the platform, software, trademarks and documentation. These Terms grant no rights other than the license to use.

7. Customer data

Business data you process in the platform is yours. BitSpace acts only as a data processor under your instructions and a Data Processing Agreement (DPA). See our Privacy Policy.

8. Service availability

We strive to provide highly available services. Specific service-level agreements (SLAs), availability commitments and remedies are set out in Enterprise contracts or a separate SLA document. [SLA specifics TBD]

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BitSpace is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages; our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Services are provided "as is".

10. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may terminate for material breach not cured within a reasonable period. After termination you may export data within a reasonable window, after which we delete it per policy.

11. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Singapore or resolved by arbitration as agreed.
