This Privacy Policy applies to personal data collected and processed by BitSpace Pte. Ltd. ("BitSpace", "we"; Singapore UEN: [TBD]) through this website, the OPC OS platform and our cloud services. We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
We process data on one or more of: performance of a contract, your consent, our legitimate interests (e.g. security and improvement), and compliance with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data. We share only as necessary with the following categories of providers, under equivalent protection standards:
BitSpace operates nodes in Singapore (primary) and Qingdao, China (compliance/isolated). Data of users in China is stored in the Qingdao node under data-localization requirements; overseas data is stored in Singapore under GDPR. Where transfers occur, we use lawful mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, or longer where required by law. Inquiry data is typically kept up to 24 months after resolution; account data for a reasonable period after account closure.
Subject to applicable law, you may access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict or object to processing, request portability, and withdraw consent. To exercise your rights, contact the email below; we will respond within statutory timeframes.
We protect data with encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, a permission sandbox and a Credential Vault. We are pursuing ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II certification (in progress).
